Well I didn't do as badly as I thought. I even managed a distinction for a module which means I'm in the top 5% in that module. But it isn't enough for me. I'll be striving for a GPA of at least 3.5 next semester. This semester had let me gauge my studying abilities and let me know what I need to do to improve in my studies.I have set 3 goals for myself in my time in Singapore Polytechnic. One, to pass my course with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 which means I need to get an average of at least a B+ for all my modules. The second is to make it in the Singapore Polytechnic Rugby first team. It will not be easy with the number of talented and experienced players in the team. Currently, the first team is filled with national team trainees or ex-national team trainees. It'll be hard but I know if I make it, it'll be a great accomplishment for me as rugby is one of the few things I think I'm good at and to make the team would confirmed that I'm good in this. The third goal is,well I think my close friends would know what it is so I shall not elaborate till I accomplish it.
It's been a tiring week but a good one spent with friends. I'm looking forward to watch the Div 2 Bowl Semi-Final featuring Bucks Rugby and Police SA tomorrow. I'll be going after rugby training and it'll be at Yio Chu Kang stadium at 7.30 pm. So if you're interested, come on down. This Saturday, I'll be busy with my baby nephew's hair cutting ceremony. It's gonna be a grand affair as it's my uncle and auntie's first grandson. It'll even be held at the void deck. Have a good weekend ahead people.
